Neil Fletcher serves as CEO of Rival Downhole Tools. Neil’s extensive background in the energy industry has included leading successful projects and teams in operations, sales, business development, drilling solutions engineering and technical sales engineering. He has managed P&L’s and personnel across every drilling market in the Western Hemisphere. Neil earned a MBA in Global Energy from The University of Houston, Bauer College of Business and a B.A. in Marketing from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
